Warranty Policy
Official website product is covered with Dreo product and labor warranty for 12 months from the date of its original purchase. Meanwhile if you register your product, you can receive an extended warranty. Click here to register: www.dreo.com/warranty. If any problems occur, please contact the Dreo Customer Care Center via email support@dreo.com.
Our compliant purchase channels are Amazon, Walmart and the brand's official website. Therefore, products from non-compliant channels are not covered by this warranty policy, and we recommend customers to purchase products from regular channels.
30 Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchasing. Customers need to contact the carrier to return the products by themselves, and proactively inform the customer support team about the return tracking number. After the warehouse receives the returned package, the customer support team will issue the refund immediately.

What does this warranty cover?
If a product or accessory is defective during the warranty period, Dreo will replace it with an identical or similar product or accessory for free after customers provide the proof (purchase invoice, pictures, or videos) to the support team. Products or accessories replaced under this warranty will become the property of Dreo and will not be returned to you. If a product or accessory needs to be replaced after the warranty period has expired, we do not provide that service. If you sell or otherwise transfer the product, warranty coverage will end.
What does the warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper use or installation
- Cosmetic damage
- Damage due to acts of nature. For example: lightning strikes, tornadoes and similar
- Accidents
- Misuse
- Negligence
- Commercial use
- Modifications to any part of the product, including the antenna
- Connection to an incorrect voltage supply
- Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
Dreo will service and not replace:
- Products sold ‘as is’ or with all faults declared
- Consumables, such as fuses or batteries
- Products where the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed
Repair replacement as provided under this warranty is your exclusive remedy. Dreo shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for the breach of any express or implied warranty on this product, including, but not limited to: lost data, loss of use of your product, lost business or lost profits. Dreo products makes no other express warranties with respect to the product, all express and implied warranties for the product include but not limited to: any implied warranties of and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the warranty period set forth above and no warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after the warranty period. Some states, provinces and jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or province to province.
